NRF52 chip configuration table confusing (at best)

Hi,

The NRF52 comparison table suggests that 52805 doesn't have SAADC support, however product specification v1.4 includes SAADC in in the chapter 6.4. 
Also, some forum replies say that legacy SPI module might not be present, but again it is included in the specs for both 52805 and 52810. There are other inconsistencies as well.

I am looking for a lowest cost part with the following requirements:

• SAADC
• Legacy SPI master
• RTC
• WLCSP package
• Lowest supply current in sleep and TX.
• Fastest radio TX ramp-up
• Any RAM or/and Flash (no softdevice, SDK 14)

The 52805 has been originally selected but I am confused now.

Please advise.

Hello,

When in doubt you should allways check out what is written in the nRF52805 Product Specifications (PS), the PS descibe the hardware in most accurate details. 

Looking at the hardware instantiation in the PS for the nRF52805 I can find that SPI is Deprecated, and it's recommended to use SPIM instead:

The most efficient and fastest way is to use SPIM to perform spi write and read transacations. You should contact a Nordic distributor or Nordic regional sales manager for pricing details, for instance use sales related questions:
