PPK2 broken? No voltage output at DUT

Hi,

See pic below, I set it to 3V and enable the power output, but nothing changed at the output VCC and GND. But I didnt do anything "dangerous" to the PPK2 before, do you have any other way to verify if it is broken or not?

We do not have any way to verify if it is broken or not, no.
We can send you a new PPK2 after the easter vacation. I will send you an email asking for shipping information.
