Now I need to use The latest version of The nPM PowerUP tool, but I cannot update it now. I have confirmed that my network is normal, please provide me with a solution.

Ok, then this is the cause of the issue. It is probably blocked somewhere, and since the update requires this file, it fails.

I don't think there is currently a workaround. I could give you that file, but there is no way to input this into nRF Connect for Desktop.

I know that our nRF Connect for Desktop team is working on alternative methods of installling/updating this, which is not hosted by github, but I don't know when it will be done. Unfortunately, the only way I can think of for you to run this would be to use VPN or something to actually be able to download the file. Or if you can open the ticket to public (instead of private), I can ask our developers to have a look.
