DFU over thread(NCS v2.4.0)

Hello, support team:

Environment describe: nrf52840,NCS v2.4.0;

I am developint on nrf52840 with openthread.One of the device is thread Leader and others as thread EndDevice.The leader is performing NCP with UART connected to another Linux device.

Is there any way that I can DFU to EndDevices through Leader on the Linux device?I do not find any demo in V2.4.0. Anything is welcomed!

Hi,

From these docs:

"Thread does not offer a proprietary FOTA method."

Thread does not define its own application layer, so you are free to implement your DFU in your application layer.
You can for example use DFU Target or FOTA Download for this.
