What is the longest distance for 51422?Can it reach 100 meters if use 4 dBm?
Can ANT do the routing like Zigbee?

ANT uses the 1 Mbit mode, and with this, you shouldn't normally expect 100 m range, even in +4 dBm mode. We usually say 10-30 m range on 1 Mbit, but it may vary based on exact design used and environment. Under good conditions, you could possibly get up to 100 m, but that is most definitely not common.
ANT doesn't have any built-in routing, so this is something you'll have to do in your application if needed. You may have use in looking at this question, and possibly others concerning meshing here.
Suppose there is a big parking lot and there is a tag using 51422 on every car. However, just there is a center node at entrance/export and the center node need to read the informations of all the tags, how to build the net by using ANT would be better?Could you give me some advice? Thanks.
Not really. There are some recommendations in the case I linked to, and I believe that there are some relay examples available on thisisant.com as well that may be useful, but that's the best we have to offer. As is also said in the other question, making a mesh network protocol isn't trivial.
