Have a look at the nRF51822 Product Specification 3.1, available here.
Have a look at Table 32. In System ON the base current consumption is 2.6 uA with 16 kB RAM enabled, and 3.8 uA with 32 kB RAM enabled.
Thank you, Petter. But I guess you get me wrong. I want to disable RF function but keep CPU running at 16MHz, and executing code is from flash memory. I checked Table 34, it says CPU typical current is 4.1mA. My question is plus peripheral current, how much would the total current be for nRF51822 chip? Regards Alex
It depends on what peripherals you are using, so it is difficult to answer. You should be able to find the information in the PS.
