SIM card "data remaining" not updating

Hi,

In Device Management -> SIM Cards, it shows me "Data Remaining 10.34 / 10.49 Mb ", so I thought it's time to buy more. So I clicked the "Buy data" next to it and purchased 100 Mb. It has been 3 weeks and the field has not updated. Where can I see my real time data allowance?

Edit: SIM Cards page also shows "Not connected to any device". I have only ever had that one iBasis card that the thingy came with, so I wonder where my purchased data has gone?
Edit 2: Saw the "Not connected to any device" field briefly show connection to my device, and then it reverted back to not connected

    Could you show "Not connected to any device" message? Has this appeared recently, possibly after some change on your side? 

    Which board do you use to connect to nRF Cloud?

    was just writing an edit when you answered. I saw the "Not connected to any device" field briefly show connection to my device (Thingy:91) so I guess it goes on and off between them, when trying to connect.

    After some week of being out of battery, I plugged it in today, and it shows red static LED, meaning error (Asset Tracker V2). Terminal shows messages like "data expired" so I am thinking it's related to running out of my first 10 Mb which would make sense. But I'm wondering why my purchased 100 Mb is not applied.

    Could you show the message "data expired" that you got from the terminal?
    Did this "data expired" message happen at the same time as the nRF Cloud was showing 10.34 Mb remaining?

    <wrn> nrf_cloud_pgps: data expired!

    and it was coming very often and device was trying connection constantly. Probably related to P-GPS data and not my SIM card data (?)

    Actually now the red LED disappeared and it's just stuck at blinking purple. And nrf cloud says "Your developer account has reached it's monthly limit on the following service's: Location Services" so that's nice to have on 5th of the month Smiley

    And I just realized that it's 10.34 / 10.49 Mb REMAINING. I think that field has never updated since I've had this. But cloud connection with that SIM has always worked.

    Sorry if this problem is branching now in many directions. These errors might or might not be related. But the main question is, why is the data remaining not updating.

    Have you tried refreshing the page and/or logging out from and back into the nRF Cloud?
