sending CTE at different frequencies

Hey, 

I am trying to calculate distance between 2 BLE devices with nrf5340 by myself. i would have an initiator and a reflector. so my question is how can i configure my device as a reflector and how can i send CTE at different frequencies?

Hi

For distance measurement I would rather suggest you check out the Nordic Distance Toolkit and the Distance Measurement sample instead of Direction Finding, as it won't require an antenna array on one of the sides. Or is there a specific reason you'd like to do Direction Finding with AOA/AOD?

Thanks for answering. i am working on my master thesis and i want to implement the distance measurement using MCPD with my self. i have read many paperes about this topic and i have understanding that i can measure distance between 2 BLE devices using CTE with different frequency. so i know how i can measure the phase and amplitude from the I/Q samples. My question now is how can I configure the device as a reflector to send the same CTE tone but with a different frequency.

I can't recall reading anywhere about using CTEs at different frequencies to determine distance I'm afraid, and I don't think this is a solution that we offer, so I'm afraid you might be on your own here. I will ask the developers working on Direction Finding/Distance measurement internally if they have any experience with this and get back to you if I hear anything.
