Hi,
I seem to remember information on the scalability of the nRF Cloud, but I cannot locate it anymore. Where would I find such documentation?
Thanks,

Hi Terrence,
No sure which document you mean here. Hare are page and document related to nRF Cloud.
https://docs.nrfcloud.com/index.html
Cloud Services - nordicsemi.com
Could you specify your needs with more details?
Best regards,
Charlie
Hi Charlie,
I am looking for information like limits on supported number of devices per account (enterprise plan), message ingress/egress rates, message/command processing latencies, performance of device managment operations, API throttling, etc.
Basically, I am trying to understand the scalability envelope of nRF Cloud and whether a solution with tens of thousands of devices needs to factor in nRF Cloud scalability aspects/limitations.
Thanks,
Terrence
Hi Terrence,
In general, we have designed nRF Cloud to handle tens of thousands of devices. Unfortunately, our lead cloud developer and architect are both out sick today. When they are back in on Monday, I'll direct your specific questions to them.
Thanks,
Chris
Thanks, Chris. It's not urgent. Looking forward to learning more when they are back.
Hi Terrence,
Following up, we don't limit the number of devices on any of our paid plans, nor have we throttled any services even at our highest loads. nRF Cloud is designed to meet the demands of Nordic Semiconductor's high volume SoC manufacturing. Please contact your local sales and support representative for more detailed information (you can use the Change Plan and Contact Sales buttons here: nRF Cloud).
Best regards,
Chris
