How to control external PA in S132 v2?
I made an example showing how to setup PA/LNA support. It is given as a proof of concept.
Tested with SDK 11.0.0-2.alpha and S132 2.0.0-7.alpha on PCA10040.
The relevant code is in pa_lna_setup(). PIN 3 is high when PA should be active, PIN 4 is high when LNA should be active.
Here is the example, put it into \examples\ble_peripheral.
