He managed to update the device via another device with the buttonless DFU software on nrf5238. Now, what example can I use to update 2 cores at the same time via ble using nrf5340 for our new project? We will use Zepry in the project. It seems a little difficult. Can you help me move forward?

Please take a look at our Developer Academy course on DFU and Bootloader. There is a section explaining DFU on nRF5340, and please go through the section FOTA over BLE to get a much better idea of this.
