nrf9160: Correct point of time for executing %XMAGPIO command

Dear Nordic team,

can the hardware related command AT%XMAGPIO be executed right before the modem is set to normal mode (at+cfun=1) in main or must it be set much earlier on modem lib init as it is done  by the modem_antenna lib?
