Bug nRF Connect - Bluetooth Low Energy

I am using the latest version (v4.0.4) of the app Bluetooth Low Energy



when I select the device the page loads for about 1s and then the page gets white again.



I also tried loading older versions of the app but they all throw different errors, one of those was a redux error.

Is this a known bug?
Any suggestions on how to get around it?

What OS are you using? I think I've seen something similar when someone used an unsupported version of linux.
