using the nRF52833 & Setting TX Power to 8dBm in Bluetooth Mesh Application with nRF Connect SDK 2.6.0

Hello everyone,

I'm presently working on a project that employs the nRF Connect SDK 2.6.0 in a Bluetooth Mesh application. My task involves a requirement to increase the range of the devices, for which I need to set the TX power up to 8dBm. Please provide relevant settings directly.

Hi Brian,

Please look into the CONFIG_BT_CTLR_TX_PWR configurations and/or CONFIG_BT_CTLR_TX_PWR_ANTENNA to change the default TX Power, or the method demonstrated in the Bluetooth: HCI Power Control samples for dynamically changing TX Power.

When using the Kconfig, please remember to use one that is supported by the SoC you are using.
