NPM1300 standby current consumption

Hi,

We are interested in the NPM1300, but I would like to know the standby or basic current consumption of the buck converters VOUT1 and VOUT2 when there is no load, with outputs of 3.0V or 1.8V, respectively.

Unfortunately, I could not find this information in the specifications.

Additionally, I would also like to know the standby current consumption in LDO mode. 

Could you please provide me with these figures or a rough idea about the current consumption? We suppose to use with a lithium polymer battery (3.7V).

Yes, I have tested the module and my test results were - 

in PFM mode when buck 1 and 2 were on with no load condition the power consumption was near 7 uA to 12 uA

In PWM mode it was around 5 mA with no load 

In hibernate mode the consumption was about 1.5 uA.

In Shipmode the consumption was near about 0.7 uA

These readings seem a little high compared to our spec, did you test this on a nPM1300 Evaluation Kit or on a custom pcb? :)

No it was tested on my custom board, can you share your readings?

Ok, then it's just differences between our reference board and your custom one :)
PFM mode no load should be 0.8 µA, hibernate 0.5 µA and ship mode 0.37 µA. The inductors used on the board can affect performance (inductor selection guidelines)
