We want to use the antenna tuning service Nordic Semi provide. How do we start the process?

First, you create a hardware review ticket where you upload your schematic (PDF file) and layout (project or Gerber files) and get a hardware review.
Then, when the design is good to go, you send us samples of your PCB and enclosure and we'll tune both the radio and the antenna.

Hello Mathias, None of the dropdowns when creating a ticket says Hardware Review. Do I just do a "Problem Type : Hardware" and type Hardware review in the topic?
Yes, that should be right.
And remember to make it a private ticket, as you'll be sharing your hardware files.
