Problem when calling the CreatePolicy operation. Policy document is Malformed: Invalid policy syntax

I am trying to get the asset tracker v2 working on the DEV board nRF9151-DK.

I have got the asset tracker v2 to compile , and also started the process with the at_client, and now at the AWS_IOT stage in this link

(3) Creating a policy

I've created the policy.json file and ran the command below, but have received an error.

Please let me know what to do to fix this.

I've tried several different ways to specify the policy.json file.   Is there a generic policy.json file if the "example" one is not sufficient?

Hello,

I was able to use a Policy I had before on AWS IOT. I think it is correct, but I wish the nordic instructions provided a better example.

I have completed the steps until #5 Configuring the Library Step 1

At Step #2

Set the CONFIG_AWS_IOT_BROKER_HOST_NAME Kconfig option to the obtained endpoint value. For information on how to set this value at runtime, refer to Setting the AWS host name at runtime.

Where is the CONFIG_AWS_IOT_BROKER_HOST_NAME in the ASSET_TRACKER_V2

The link says its in <module:nrf>/subsys/net/lib/aws_iot/Kconfig:19

But in the source there is NO nrf/subsys/net/lib/aw_iot

Please let me know where it is located

Hi,

Configuring the library section of AWS_IoT shows how AWS IoT broker host name can be obtained. Setting AWS host name at runtime is also shown in the documentation.
