Connecting to network with Proximus M2M sim card

Hi

I am stuck using a proximus M2M sim card with the AWS-IoT sample. I did get it working with an Ibasis sim card but now I want to use a Proximus M2M sim card but I keep getting a +CEREG: 2, "0C38", "061FD36F" ATcommand and +CSCON: 0 AT command back every time I want to connect to the network.

I have followed the getting started part of Proximus is there anything I happen to be overlooking? https://proximusapi.enco.io/asset/nbiot/documentation#uplink

Hello,

does it connect using the AT client sample? Have you tried any other networking sample? What NCS version are you using?

I also tried the Asset tracer from the quick start and with this I cannot connect to the mobile network either.

But what do you mean by connecting to the AT client?

I am using NCS v2.5.2.

I mean connecting to the network using this sample.

If I follow the steps as given in exercise 1 of AT commands to set up the modem I get the same return. I rather think it could be due to the SIM card.

But I have no idea what I could change about it.

Yes, that's quite possible. You should contact Proximus and check if the problem is on their end; https://proximusapi.enco.io/contact-us
