[Help me] About between nRF52840 and PC

I recently started research in this area and purchased an nRF52, but I am not very familiar with this field. The PC and nRF52840 are connected via a wired connection. The nRF52840 receives data from other devices via Bluetooth and sends commands.

1. Is it possible to implement the above method using the nRF52840 DK?

2. Is a Segger j-link absolutely necessary for communications in methods 1 and 3? If not, what other hardware could be used?

3. Are there any examples you would recommend for implementing methods 1 and 3?

1. That should not be a problem at all

2. There is no need for a Jlink, here. The DK also has a integrated debugger 

As it sounds like you are new to our SDK I would highly recommend that you have a look at our nRF Connect SDK Fundamentals course at DevAcademy. At DevAcademy there is also a BLE course that you can look into after you have gone through the Fundamentals course

I would also suggest that you have a look at our NUS example and BL Central UART
