I'm wondering if it's possible to run uClinux on nRF52 with functioning BLE.

Like awnell said, you do not need uClinux for driving LCD and also working BLE. I worked to port basic parts of uClinux to test out in-house processor in finland about 9 years ago. http://coffee.tut.fi/team.html
No, you cannot run uClinux on current nRF products. Full port of uClinux requires larger RAM . Even if you ripoff TCP/IP and filesystem it would still atleast be 1 MByte in code size which nRF52 does not have.
