Hi Team,
Can you please tell the AT commands of below.
1. AT command to keep nRF9160 in sleep mode.
2. AT command to wakeup nRF9160.

Hi Sravan,
Depends on how you define sleep mode, if you mean setting the device to minimum functionality. Disables both transmit and receive RF circuits and deactivates LTE and GNSS services. The following commands can do the jobs according to docs.nordicsemi.com/.../cfun_set.html
1. AT+CFUN=0
2. AT+CFUN=1
Device can also enter PSM(Power Saving Mode) when network support this feature. I suggest you learn Cellular IoT Fundamentals - Nordic Developer Academy (nordicsemi.com) cause to get a comprehensive training about cellular IoT basic usage.
Best regards,
Charlie

1. AT+CFUN=0 will disable transmit and receive RF circuit but I want to keep the modem(nRF9160) in deep sleep mode, can you please tell the AT commands to keep the modem in deep sleep. And also wakeup AT commands?
Can you define "deep sleep mode" if it is neither "AT+CFUN=0" or PSM can achieve?
Hi Charlie,
Can you please respond, I am awaiting for your comments.
1. "deep sleep mode" means low power mode.
2. When you are releasing modem firmware, are you releasing both modem delta firmware? and full modem firmware?
We are not keeping external flash in our product, hence we will upgrade only modem delta firmware.
Example: Assume currently modem has v1.2 firmware in it and after 2 years you might be released modem firmware version as v2.8. When you are releasing v2.8 firmware you will provide modem delta firmware which we can upgraded from 1.2 to 2.8 version?
3. nRF9160 SLM supports eDRX and PSM?
4. Is the MQTT supports TLS? If yes, can you please share the AT commands to configure TLS for MQTT.
