nRF Connect Direct Test Mode can not open USB-serial on Apple devices

Hi,

I'm working on a project with a custom board using a nRF52840. We are working with SDK 15.3

I have to setup the board for CE certification using the DTM example, adapted to our custom GPIOs. To test if my DTM firmware works, I'm willing to use the nRF connect Direct Test Mode application.

Here is the point :

• It works like a charm on Windows
• It's impossible to attach my board on macOS !

The LOG is the following:

[PID:10282] USBPlatformAPI::Apple: skip apple product
[PID:10282] USBPlatformAPI::Apple: getUSB: Could not open USB.

Nordic's guys, are you aware of that ?
Is there any trick to solve this problem ?

Hi there,

In fact, I had a JLinkConfig app running back side which was busying my USB ports. After a force Quit of that application, everything is getting to work.
