App Connect slow when mesh enable and auto connect = true

I am using the Android nrf connect app to connect to NRF5340-DK after mesh provisioning.

android pixel 7

nrf connect 4.28.0

If Android nrf connect uses 'auto connect = true' to connect to a provisioned proxy node,

the connection time may take a very long time, possibly up to one minute.

If 'auto connect = false', it usually takes about 1-5 seconds.

I'm not sure what impact using auto connect will have. (for android)

Do anyone have any suggestions?

Could you state if you observe this with a non-modified Mesh sample from the Mesh samples?https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/samples/mesh.html 

What Android version and iOS version are you using? What version of the nRF Connect apps are you using?

I have install the new firmware

if auto connect is true, the connection time possible take more than 20 seconds

what happend is auto connect option in android ?

Thank you for adding this information. I will have a look and see if I can reproduce this and discuss the behavior with the Mesh team.

Does this behavior occur with every Mesh sample, or only a specific sample you've tested?
