nRF70 vs ESP82

Hello everyone,

i'm working on an application that has both BLE and WIFI, at first i started with nRF7002ek shield to test my implementation but everytime the RAM goes up 90% (i'm working on nRF52840dk) at first i thought that this was because the wifi implementation is huge but i think it's because of the nrf7002 drivers.

has anyone here have the same problem? or if anyone here is working with a esp82 shield can you share your experience?

Due to the memory limitation of nRF52840, I suggest you consider using nRF5340DK with nRF7002ek shield.

Thanks for your response,

In fact, i'm kinda obligated to use the nRF52840, so it's a dead end to work with the nRF7002ek shield. But i've seen some people using the esp8266 even on nRF52833 so i assumed it has lighter impact on the RAM.

Do you have any idea about that?
