IMEI management whitepaper

On nRF cloud there is a web page IMEI MANAGEMENT > nRF91x1: Order IMEIs there. This page states "For background on IMEI numbers, their use and your options, please refer to the nRF91x1 IMEI management white paper."

How can I obtain that white paper? I already searched the 9161 and 9151 product pages for downloads, Infocenter under nRF91 series guidelines, and general Google search but did not find it.

    For information on IMEI for nRF9161, please see the relevant documentation about IMEI here: Ordering IMEI or Programming IMEI. Note that the reference to "Allocating IMEIs" in the Programming IMEIs section refers to an older version of the Ordering IMEIs section I have linked.
