Unable to connect to PPK2

I recently bought PPK2.

But am unable to connect it to my Linux PC with Power Profiler v4.1.0.

I am having the same issue using a mac

Could you perform this operation?

WARN Required component nrf-udev is not detected. Install it from github.com/.../nrf-udev and restart the application

 

And reboot afterwards to see if the device is then detected properly in the application?

Hi,

 

Could you create a dedicated thread with your mac related issue?

For linux, it is a permission error, which requires a udev rule. It will be different for you, but I'm no macos expert, unfortunately.

 

Be sure to share logs in your new thread.

I'm able to work with the PPK2 after installing the suggested package.
