nRF52 PWM signal with 2V DC level

Dears,

I have tried the example code of PWM function at nRF52 DK(PCA10040). 

It worked with a 2V DC level. Is there any mistakes or something wrong? Why a DC level came out with the PWM signal?

How did you determine that "2V level" ?

Have you looked at the output waveform on an oscilloscope?
