nRF52 access protection Errors when flashing blinky

Hi, 

When following the nordic academy instructions for building and flashing to an nRF522832 I ran into some issues. Initially, an error was occuring where "no debuggers were discovered". After uninstalling JLink 7.94k and installing version 7.88e instead that error was replaced with the following error 

I am able to flash the blinky onto an older board, version 0.9.0 but the above error occurs with a 3.0.0 board. 

I'm running on windows 11, nrf connect sdk toolchain v2.6.1 and nrf connect sdk v2.6.1,

Issue resolved with "nrfjprog --recover". It didn't work first time but worked eventually for some reason.
