Is it possible to capture DTM packets using NORDIC sniffer ?

I just want to capture DTM packets using NORDIC sniffer. The Wireshark is the newest version. My chip is 52840 with nordic snffer bin file. Thanks.

I think that is possible, yes. But is there a reason to use nRF Sniffer instead of the nRF Connect Direct Test Mode application for capturing DTM packets here? You're welcome to use the nRF Sniffer for it, but I would recommend using the Direct Test Mode app instead, as it is made specifically for it.
