Code Coverage for C language for the nRF52840

Hi All,

As part of the software development, we are required to use an automatic tool for Code Coverage.

We use an nRF52840 device, C language and 15.3.0 nRF SDK on Segger IDE.

Can someone recommend such automatic tool which can produce sufficient Code Coverage report both for regular use and for the Unit Tests?

I would appreciate any suggestion on the subject.
