NRF51822 Restart Issue

Hi,
We are trying to develop a Bluetooth based LED lights system. We are using NRF51822. However we have observed the NRF sometimes (not always) restarts when it comes in contact or near our Lithium Polymer battery. We would really appreciate some guidance on this from your team on this.

Hello,

My first suggestion would be to check the NRF_POWER->RESETREAS register on startup, this will tell which source caused the reset to occur. Make sure to clear the NRF_POWER->RESETREAS register after reading by writing '1' to the bits that are set, this will clear the register before next reset.

I think the raised bit of RESETREAS register should be made '0' after reading, as its already made '1' by the system. Please correct me if I am wrong.
