About commissioning

Hi guys..

I try to figure out how to connect nrf 51df , raspberry pi (ble enabled router), COAP client which is on the external network. Trying to figure out it, I found a commissioning (developer.nordicsemi.com/.../a00052.html)

in my opinion, commissioning is a way to make connection between external and internal device, is it right? I want to know the detail-ed concepts of it. please help me....

Commissioning is the process of establishing a trusted relationship between a new device and an existing secure network. You don't need this to connect the nRF51 DK to the RPi.
