Breakpoints not hit in interrupt handler

Hi,

We have run into an issue when debugging code with the nRFconnect sdk debugger. A breakpoint set in an interrupt service routine is not hit, however, we can see through a logic analyzer connected to our development board (nRF52840) that the ISR is being reached. Why is the IDE not showing the ISR being reached but we can see that the interrupt is stopped?
