J-LINK commander to nRF52840 DK chip (RAK4631 board)

I am sorry that I post my question on this forum because I cannot find a button to post.

I also use a J-LINK EDU mini to flash the RAK4631 board. During J-Link Commander, I cannot open file "C:\demo\seggerdemo.bin 0x0" as the video instruction.

How can I open that file?
