FOTA over wifi + Storing the image in external flash

I'm using nrf7002 to download FOTA from http server over WIFI ,and the file download in the external flash that on the Devboard

The project done successfully ,but i need to change the external flash form that on the devboard "mx25r64" to another one "MT29F4G01ABBFDWB"

So, where's the file of external flash driver to make some edits to make the commands and spi frames compatible with the new flash?
