master control panel is not working

Hi, I have pca100000 v 1.0 and v 2.1.0, and the master control panel application with the latest version of 3.5.0. The firmware we have flashed on both the dongle is 0.9.0. My master control panel application can detect the v2.1.0 dongle but shows no response form the master emulator in the log field. But it cannot able to detect the v1.0 and shows no device found. I tried with the MCP 3.4.0 also but the same issue is still there. The v2.1.0 dongle working fine with my another system, in which i installed the 3.4.0 master control panel, but it cannot able to detect the v1.0 dongle. What can i do now to make both the dongle(v1.0 & v2.10) work with the latest MCP 3.5.0? note: i have upgraded the nrfgo studio to the latest version.

Can you please verify that you don't see any unknown devices in your Windows Device Manager? If you do, please try to update the driver manually, and point it to the C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGGER\JLinkARM_V478l\USBDriver\CDC folder.

If you still have problems, can you please upload a screenshot of your Device Manager window?

Thanks for the reply Morten, I didn't see any unknown device in the list, I attached the screen shot of my device manager, please suggest me the right solution as you do always.

Please try to update the driver for the J-Link device with the yellow exclamation mark and point it at the folder I told you.

I updated the driver as you said, still the issue is there. And i am also getting semaphore timeout period has expired error.
