We are using a Segger JLINK to program a nrf5340 product using the SWD interface. We have been successfully programming units using a design where there is a 100k pullup resistor connected to the micro nRESET input and the nRESET pin on the Segger JLINK.
We recently had a hardware design change which removed the 100k pullup and inserted a push-pull buffer between the Segger JLINK nRESET and the nrf5340 nRESET. Is this allowed? Does the micro ever pull nRESET low?
One more thing....is it possible to lock the micro such that it's impossible to unlock the debug port? I tried using nrfjprog with the --recover option, and error messages are returned as follows....
If I use JLINK to connect, the target voltage is fine (3.3v) but JLINK doesn't recognize the micro.
