How to write an overkay file

To do this by reusing the sample of nRF5340 Audio
I am thinking of using it by editing the overlay file.

nRF5340 Audio has A/D linked to P0.24,
Use P0.24 separately from A/D, and set 1 channel to A/D
I would like to add it.

How should I write the overkay file?

You can have a general look on how to create overlay files here and here

I would start by having a look at the nrf5340 AudioDK .dts which you can find in the configuration menu in vscode(next to where you can create an overlay)  and change the pinout of the node in the overlay.
