How to measure the battery level using nrf52840

I am using NCS V2.6.0 and using zephyr there is no examples to measure battery level 

using saadc we can measure the battery level right?

I used LEDs to indicate battery level.

I connected sensor to nrf52840 and I am sending sensor values to bluetooth like that i want to send battery levels to bluetooth 

Please help on this

You should be able to use SAADC instead of ADC by making the changes below: SAADC vs ADC
