[Bug Report] nRFConnect 3.6 - ST25R3911 Library

Hello,

It seems there is an issue in measure voltage process of ST25R3911 Lib.

Measure voltage function use POWER_SUPP_MEAS_FRACTION_DIVISOR = 100. But it seems that POWER_SUPP_MEAS_FRACTION_DIVISOR should be 1000.
