I'm doing a customized board with NRF5340 and need to minimize all the general inductance on the board.
I would like to change L2, L3 and L4 to 5.6uH. Is it possible without any concerned about?

You should not change the component values, this will effect the performance and behavior of the device and it might not work as expected if changed.
