nPM1300 Load Switch Quiescent current

Dear,

I want to use the nPM1300 in my design for general Power Management.

I also want to use a Load Switch to disable some components in my design, but I do need to verify the quiescent current, as this must be as low as possible.

I was not able to find the quiescent current of the load switches on board of the nPM1300 in the product specification. Can someone please provide me with this information?

Otherwise I have to look for external load switches with an ultra low quiescent current. (prefferably nA range)

The load switches are already in the nPM1300, so it's more a question of what the quiescent current if the nPM1300 is rather than the load swithes themeselves. The minimum cirrent is when the nPM is in ship mode, at 370 nA https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_npm1300/product_overview.html#sys-el-spec

From test results the IQ of the load switch will be around 10nA at typical temperature (25C).
This is just the IQ of the switch and does not include other currents the user may be taking.
