nPM1300 LDO dropout

Hi,

What is the minimum LDO dropout voltage of nPM1300? For instance, in order to get 3.3V from the LDO, what is the minimum input for the LDO ? On the datasheet there is Dropout voltage vs Junction temperature curve but it doesn't specify the input voltage.

The figure you refer to (figure 39) does specify the input voltage with the two colored lines. So at 3.3V input, the dropout would be ~30mV at 50 degrees C. The graph can be assumed to be similar for 3.4V as well for example, so if you want to make sure that the output voltage is at least 3.3V across all temperatures, make sure the input voltage is at least 3.340V since the dropout never exceeds 40mV at these voltage levels.

    Best regards,
