Matter Door lock memory Requirement ( nRF52840 or nRF5340)

We are planning to develop an Matter door lock which includes NFC/RFID, Audio, keypad and BLE functionalities used separately. I am considering using either the nRF52840 or nRF5340 SoCs for this project. Considering Matter memory requirement is high, what is your recommendation for selection of chipset nRF52840 or nRF5340?

This is very dependent on your application, and what kind of Audio you mean for example. If you want to use LE Audio, you will need to use the nRF5340, and I think I would recommend using the nRF5340 either way here, as the Matter protocol takes a lot of space, so what else you'll fit on an nRF52840 is rather limited I think.
