BLE STM32L4 vers Nordic thingy 91

can I send the data from the internal sensors of the stm32l4 card to nordic thnigy 91, then the latter send the data from its internal sensors and the data which is already received from the stm32l4 card (B-L475E-IOT01A) to nrf toolbox?

Yes, this should be possible. I would recommend you start with the Bluetooth Low Energy Fundamentals course at https://academy.nordicsemi.com/courses/bluetooth-low-energy-fundamentals/ if you are new to BLE development with the nRF Connect SDK.

how does the BLE Communication between STM32L4 and Nordic Thingy:91 ?? have you any idia to   configure the Nordic Thingy:91 as a BLE exchange
