Can't debug with visual studio and SDK2.5.0

Hi,

Something happened and I'm not quite sure what...
but I can't seem to debug anymore with visual studio (1.89.1) toolchain (2.6.1) SDK (2.5.0)
Whenever I press the DEBUG, the nRF9161 needs to remove the READ-PROTECTION and ERASE ALL

"Flashing failed due to protection on the device. Do you wish to recover the device and reflash? Note: this will erase the flash memory on the device."

If I completely erase the flash and the press the debugger, It still does not work and I get the error:

"Unable to start debugging. GDB exited unexpectedly with exit code -3 (0xFFFFFFFD)"

I am using nRF9161 LACA A0A

Hi,

 

Is there any other errors or messages displayed? Could you share the whole log?

Does it work if you restart vscode and then enter debug mode again?
