nRF9160-DK board interfaced with STM32

After interfacing my STM32 with the nRF9160-DK board and completing the programming, I now need to flash the board with the firmware update file, application file, and our custom file containing the STM32 configuration. However, when I try to flash these files onto the nRF board, only the last file remains available, with the others getting erased. How can I upload all three files onto the nRF9160-DK board using nRF Connect software?

DI am a bit confusing. Could you explain how nRF9160-DK board interfaced with STM32?

Do you mean you are using nRF9160DK J-Link OB to program STM32 chip? I am not sure if this is possible, you need to get advice from STM on how to program their chips.

or you mean you are programming nRF9160? nRF9160 only accept programming modem firmware and application firmware. I am not sure why you have three files.
