IAR Device Options "NordicSemi" and "NordicSemiconductor"?

We have two developers running the same version of IAR and the SDK and one of them has different device options under the project options. My IAR project works with NordicSemi > nRF51 > NordicSemi nRF51422-QFAC. When he builds and attempts to debug there are all kinds of run issues. Is there a different version of something that we are running that is causing the discrepancy?

His works fine if he selects the NordicSemiconductor > nRF51422-xxAC option as shown in the attached image.

Sorry, there was a typo in the original post. The part we are using is the QFAC. We both have selected the AC option, but in the image there are two options for Nordic chips: NordicSemi and NordicSemiconductor. I didn't have both options and realized that was due to not installing the MDK. The xxAC versions are from the MDK and are what need to be selected.
