PPK2 as power source do not power custom nrf5340 pcb

Hello,

I have a custom nrf5340 board with a simple firmware flashed on it (turn on red led). My board has a hall sensor as a turn on/off switch (latched). If I connect it to a 3.7V 50mAh battery and approach a magnet to the board, it turns on and the led lights red as designed. I can also turn the board on/off if I power it by USB. My problem is that when I use my PPK2 in source meter mode I am not able to turn the device on with the hall sensor. I check the voltage output with a voltmeter on the PPK VOUT and GND pins and it is correct. I don't understand what is wrong.

I attached the schematic of my board and some pictures.

Thank you for any help.

Best wishes
