Guiconfig can not open

I'm following Intermediate course  lesson 1 exercise 2 to use guiconfig.

When I try to open guiconfig,the output in terminal as follow:

How can I fix it?

Hi，

I viewed this one.But I don't know which one file they said.It seem orgenized by GUI in my vscode not the lines written by code.

And the GUI of settings seem not the json that they talking about.

Maybe you can give me some guides?
